This page describes how to contribute to the BioSchemas project by releasing your own XML-schema(s) to BioSchemas or by extending an existing XML-schema.

How to become a BioSchemas developer
Request a membership. Please tell us your full name, the user name for your sourceforge account (if you have one), your email address and the name of the organisation you work for. As category set Membership. We will create an account for the Wiki and the Sourceforge project.
For any further requests, e.g. if you like to create your own project, please also use the Support page.

How to become an informed BioSchemas developer
- Fill your watchlist with the pages you are interested in or monitor all changes to this wiki using the recent changes page which is also available as RSS and Atom feed
- Subscribe to the following mailing lists:
- bioschemas-developers: developer discussions
- bioschemas-svnnotify: notifications of commits to the repository
- bioschemas-tracker: notifications of new bug reports or feature requests or changes to the tracked items
- Monitor the user forums.
- Subscribe to the news feed.
